    Nice site! Congratulations! I am going to start with a fitness plan to make my thighs thinner and need some advice. I’ve heard both swimming and running are good for that, but which is better to get skinny thighs?

      Both swimming and running will help you lose weight, which means your thighs will get smaller if you want to lose fat from your thighs. However, if your thighs are muscular and don’t have much fat, then running will help make your thighs smaller.
