Which diet plan works best for you? Choosing the right diet can be confusing and overwhelming. Chose a diet plan that works for you, not one that worked for your friends, family or film stars. Are you carbohydrate sensitive? Perhaps you should go for a low carb diet. Do have any illness, such as diabetes or heart disease? Maybe it runs in your family? Perhaps you should choose a diet that reduces the risk of that illness. Maybe you want to detox or change your eating habits by going cold-turkey by fasting? It's all here.
