8 A.M. (breakfast) JM’s Super Juice
11 A.M. (mid-morning) JM’s Super Juice
2 P.M.(lunch) JM’s Super Chute Juice
5 P.M. (tea) JM’s Turbo Express
8 P.M.(dinner) JM’s Lemon/ Ginger Zinger
9 P.M.(before bed) Fennel or mint tea or JM’s Hot ‘ n’ Spicy
2 EXERCISE SESSIONS
Morning: 20-30 minutes
Evening: 20-30 minutes

DAY 2 Juice Plan

7 A.M. Hot water with lemon, lime or mint
8 A.M. JM’s Super Juice
11 A.M. JM’s Super Juice
2 P.M. JM’s Super Chute Juice
5 P.M. JM’s Turbo Express
8 P.M. Turbo Express and 1oz Wheatgrass Chaser (add a small spoonful of wheatgrass powder to juice)
9 P.M. Fennel or mint tea or JM’s Hot ‘ n’ Spicy
3 EXERCISE SESSIONS

  2. I’ve been following this plan. I am currenty on day 2 and I am down 3lbs. Im never hungry.

    • Hey Nadia,
      That’s awesome! It’s a great plan. The juices are packed with nutrients which means that despite consuming fewer calories you wont be hungry. Good luck with with everything! Once you’ve completed the plan, try to continue to drink at least one glass of green juice a day to reduce cravings and give yourself a nutritional boost!

  4. I am wondering about the jm’s hot and spicy recipe . Can anyone give me that . I am on day one plus restarting I did it for 4 days continuous and got flew away by my sweet tooth craving . Got 2 months to go..have to look awesome on my coming birthday .

  5. is it just me or does this seem like a LOT of fruit and not so much veggies. did i do the math right or is it really 60 apples in 7 days??

    did anyone make a shopping list that they have for the fast? also, does anyone have any suggestions for modifying recipes? I haven’t tried them yet, but I know sometimes juices can get a little funky.

  7. This seems like a lot fruit which means a lot of sugar but I’m going to give it a shot. Can we use frozen fruits and vegetables ?

  8. I’m assuming that each recipe yields one serving? If so 1/2 a large pineapple seems extreme, but I made a shopping list for the 7 week plan as follows:

    pineapples: 9.5
    apples:71
    alfalfa sprouts: ~3 cups
    watercress: ~2.5 cups
    parsley: ~1.5 cups
    kale: ~1.5 cups
    broccoli: 1 bunch
    wheatgrass: 17 shots
    carrot: 1 bag
    ginger: 1 medium size root
    lemon: 2+
    banana: 2
    yogurt: 800 g
    spirulina: 13 tsp
    celery: 1 bunch
    cucumber: 9
    spinach: 13 cups
    orange: 1
    beet root: 2
    zucchini: 1
    lime: 6+
    avocado: 9
